Dr. Shital Shah is a Founder Principal at Khyati School of Engineering, Ahmedabad She has more than 30 years of experience in Academic and 11+ year as a Principal. She worked as Associate Dean – Diploma Engineering, Gujarat Technological University, and Dean, Faculty of Engineering at Parul University. She has Published number of Papers at National and International level and organized and attended various training workshops for faculties and students. She has Carried out academic and administrative management of the institution, policy planning, monitoring & evaluation and promotional activities, implemented staff development activities, maintain accountability and conduct performance Appraisal. She has been awarded with CMI Level 5 Leadership Certificate.
