Grievance

 

The Students are the main Pillar and stakeholder of the college. Student development, nurture, and progress is the main and top most significance for the college. For that Purpose College has evolved an elaborate system of Grievance redressal of the students. In case of any student have any grievance which is taken as serious note by concerned authorities. The Students’ Grievance Redressal Committees are constituted at the Department, Institute, and University levels to deal with the grievances of the students.

An aggrieved student who has any grievances shall have to make an online complaint with all the relevant details. On receipt of the online complaint, College shall refer the complaint to the appropriate Student Grievance Redressal Committee along with its comments within 15 days of receipt of the complaint on the online portal. The Student Grievance Redressal Committee shall fix a date for hearing the complaint which shall be communicated to the college/department and the aggrieved student. An aggrieved student may appear either in person or authorize a representative to present the case.
